Working With Restorative Sound Music Therapy

Restorative Sound is a private pay company. We are currently hiring board certified music therapists to maintain regular contact hours, and help develop new contracts with facilities and individuals. The ideal independent contractor for Restorative Sound is self-motivated, creative, and has excellent communication skills. Therapists with different levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to apply!

We offer three hourly rate plans, to accommodate the supervisory needs of the music therapist and provide room for personal and professional growth.

Sprout emerging from the earthTier I – A place for well established Music Therapist

Tier I is reserved for the most experienced music therapist. Therapist at this level are expected to maintain a caseload, help grow Restorative Sound and enrich the music therapy community through supervision and community engagement.

Tier II – Development focused

Tier II is designed to help develop the skills of a practicing Music Therapist. This includes supervision with a more experienced therapist, working with established contracts. Additionally Restorative Sound will reimburse a certain amount of CMTE’s per year.

Tier III – The beginning of a journey

Tier III is designed for new therapists and interns. Therapists working in this tier can expect fully supervised contact hours and shared responsibility of documentation and planning. A certain amount of CMTE hours are covered by Restorative Sound.
